Manhattan has a new Salon Studio Manager! 

To continue their mission of high quality education, the American Academy promoted Kristi Moylan to Salon and Spa Studio manager.  Kristi will be overseeing the hands-on training areas for students enrolled in the cosmetology, esthetics and nail technology programs. 

Kristi brings 22 years of experience in the cosmetology industry to the new Manhattan college.  David Yocum, owner of the college said, "Kristi is a great asset to our cosmetology program.  Her experience and talent is so important to our students as they prepare for a career in the spa and beauty salon.  Kristi has a way of effectively communicating with the students and motivating them to achieve their highest potential.  We are blessed to have her be a part of our team!" 

Kristi joined the American Academy in December of 2005 and was working as a studio educator until her promotion in March.
